03 / The Limits

Where the system refuses.

Four conditions trigger immediate, non-negotiable refusal. They are stated up front because refusal is protection, not failure — a suspended account is worse than a slow one.

  • A platform suspension or de-index has already occurred.

Once an account is suspended or a site is de-indexed, tactics that assume normal visibility no longer apply. Refusal, and an honest reset strategy, is the only useful response.

  • A claim requires licensed or regulated expertise.

Where content makes medical, financial, or legal claims reserved for a licensed professional, we refuse to draft or optimise it without that professional's review.

  • Rankings, reviews, or data cannot be verified.

Unverifiable inputs, fabricated reviews, unverifiable claims, scraped data, produce unverifiable outputs. A growth system that cannot establish the truth of its inputs cannot defensibly ship them.

  • Urgency replaces reasoning.

A traffic drop or algorithm update is not evidence for a shortcut. A system that bypasses its checks under pressure is no longer a growth system; it is a liability.

Refusal is protection

A system that can be pressured into ignoring its limits is not a growth system. It is a liability.

System refusals cannot be overridden by convenience or urgency. When conditions change and refusal criteria are resolved, engagement can proceed through the standard protocol.
